Who we are

Shri Ami Construction (“we”) runs this website and decides how the details you send are used.

What we collect

• Your name and phone number, and your email address and message if you add them.
• What you are interested in (the option you choose on the form).
• The page you sent the form from, the page you first arrived on, the website that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), so we know which of our pages and adverts are useful.
• The date and time you gave consent.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry by phone call, WhatsApp or email, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Who handles it for us

• Web3Forms delivers the form to our email inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 24 months after your last contact with us, then delete them, unless you become a customer, in which case the law may require us to keep some records for longer.

Your rights

• Ask what details we hold about you and how we use them.
• Ask us to correct, complete or delete them.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. We will then stop contacting you.
• Nominate someone to use these rights for you if you cannot.
• Complain to us first (below), and if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.
